Ingredients required to make Bundi Raita:
- Curd—2 cups (whipped)
- Bundi—1/2 cup (salted or plain)
- Roasted cumin powder—1/2 tsp
- Black pepper powder—1/4 tsp
- Black salt—1/4tsp
- White salt—as per taste
- Coriander leaves—for garnishing
Method of making Bundi Raita:
If the boondi is hard, soak it in lukewarm water for 5 minutes. Then drain the water and squeeze it lightly. Beat the curd well in a bowl till it becomes smooth. Now add salt, black salt, roasted cumin powder, and black pepper powder to it.
Add soaked and squeezed boondi to the prepared curd. Mix well. Keep the prepared raita in the fridge for 15–20 minutes. Before serving, add some roasted cumin and green coriander on top.
