  • Boneless Chicken—500 grams (cut into cubes)
  • Curd—1/2 cup
  • Ginger-garlic paste—1 tablespoon
  • Lemon juice—1 tablespoon
  • Red chili powder—1 teaspoon
  • Turmeric—1/4 teaspoon
  • Garam Masala—1/2 teaspoon
  • Kasuri Methi—1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt—according to taste
  • Mustard oil—1 tablespoon
  • Food color (optional)—pinch (red-orange tone)

How to make Chicken Tikka:

In a bowl, combine curd, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, all the spices, and oil. Add chicken pieces and mix well. Marinate in the fridge for at least 2 hours (it will be tastier if kept overnight). Preheat oven to 200°C. Place the chicken on skewers or keep it in a tray.
