- Dry yeast—1 and 1/4 teaspoons
- Sugar—1 teaspoon

- Milk—1tablespoon (for brushing)
How to make a French roll:
Add sugar and yeast in lukewarm water and mix. Keep it covered for 10 minutes until it starts to froth. Mix flour and salt in a bowl. Add activated yeast and water little by little and knead the soft dough. Finally, add oil and knead the dough for 5-7 minutes.
