- Cauliflower—1 cup
- Carrot—1 cup
- Capsicum—1 cup
- Peas—1/2 cup
- Beans—1/2cup
- Potatoes—1cup
- Onion—2(finely chopped)
- Tomatoes—2(make puree)
- Ginger-garlic paste—1tsp
- Green chili—1-2 (finely chopped)
- Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder—1tsp
- Red chili powder—1/2tsp
- Garam masala—1/2tsp
- Kasuri methi—1tsp
- Salt—according to taste
- Oil—2-3 tbsp

Method of making mixed veg :
Lightly boil or steam all the vegetables so that they become soft. Be careful not to overcook. Heat oil in a pan. Add onions and fry till they turn golden. Now add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies. Then add tomato puree and spices (turmeric, coriander powder, chili powder, and salt).
Fry the spices till they start separating oil. Add boiled vegetables and mix them well with the spices. Cover and cook on a low flame for 5-7 minutes. Add garam masala and kasuri methi, and mix well.
