Ingredients required to make Sweet Corn Chaat :
- Boiled sweet corn—1 cup (frozen or fresh)
- Butter—1 tablespoon
- Lemon juice—1 teaspoon
- Salt—according to taste
- Chat masala—1/2 teaspoon
- Red chili powder—1/4 teaspoon (optional)
- Green Coriander—1 tablespoon (finely chopped)
Method to make Sweet Corn Chaat :
If you have fresh corn, then boil it in water for 5-7 minutes. If you have frozen corn, then soak it in hot water for 2 minutes and strain it. Heat butter in a pan. Add boiled corn to it and fry lightly for 1-2 minutes. Now add salt, chaat masala, red chili powder, and lemon juice to it.
